I have had a great week!
Managed to get some exercise in every day. Even got up and made the o-dark hundred spin class Thursday morning. Great class but I was absolutely too tired to do much at work afterwards. Had to fight the urge to eat a zillion M&Ms and drink a bunch of coke which is my normal cure for being too sleepy at work. It helped that I told a co-worker to throw something at me if I went for the M&M stash.
So now I am finishing off the week with a telecomute day. I did not get up early and go to the gym (plan to hop on the bike later) but I am falling asleep!
How can I reach a point where I can exercise and not feel so tired?
